Led by Licensed Professional Counselor Courtney Hauser, MHI Church provides mental health resources for Pastors, their Leaders & their Communities.

Mental Health First Aid Training
We provide Mental Health First Aid(MHFA) Training & Certification for church leaders/staff. Mental Health First Aid is an international, evidence-based training program that teaches people to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges
Training Details
The Mental Health First Aid training is interactive, using videos, role-playing, lecture, Q&A, & small group discussion.
-2 hours of Online Pre Coursework
-5.5hrs In Person Training
-Online test
-Certification in Mental Health First Aid
***Certification is nationally accredited by the National Council for Wellbeing and valid for three years.
Bring Us to Your Church
PRIVATE TRAINING
MHI Church can provide a Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructor onsite at your church or organization to facilitate training for up to 30 of your leadership/staff. Training Day is 7 hours, and we typically recommend sponsoring your team's breakfast and/or lunch. Participants can also purchase mental health books, resources, and tools. MHFA Instructors are located in Ohio but available to travel nationwide.
